Celebration... by Claudia




Playing and designing with colours that are as highly contrasting as plain red, blue and white can be quite challenging. You need a strong composition that helps fuse all the elements without having anything look too boring. I am not quite sure if I managed to rise up to this challenge - those who know me, know that card making is something that scares hell out of me - so, please, be gentle with me. At least hubby said (knowing about the challenge theme): "Wow! Cool! How did you manage to create the shape of the United States with the Distress Inks?", when he saw the finished card. And then I saw it too...;)
